Shown when a customer or staff member opens "About Us" from the hamburger menu. Leave blank to show a simple default message instead.

🎠 Promo Carousel
Rotating banner strip shown at the top of the customer catalog, right below the header. Add a static image or an animated GIF for a new scheme, product launch, or announcement — customers see whichever slides are active, newest additions last unless you reorder them. Leave it empty and customers just see the catalog as usual.

📜 Audit Log
Every manual change to a discount, bonus, GSTIN, or billing state is recorded here with what changed and when — required for a defensible, auditable invoice trail.

🏢 Company Details
Printed at the top of every invoice and statement.
Must exactly match the company name in your Tally Prime — this is separate from "Company Name" above since Tally's registered name is often longer/different from what's printed on invoices.
🤖 Automation
Payment reminders, reorder suggestions, stock alerts, and the expiry digest can run on their own instead of you clicking a button each time — but only once a cron job on your server calls this on a schedule (e.g. once a day). Setting that up happens on your hosting control panel, not here. Until then, use "Run Now" below to test manually.

💬 WhatsApp Chat Link (no API — free, click-to-chat)
Opens WhatsApp with a message already typed in — the customer (or you) still has to tap Send. No Meta Business account, no approval, no cost — separate from the WhatsApp Integration (API) card below.
Powers the "Chat on WhatsApp" button in the customer app.
WhatsApp Integration (groundwork — needs your own Meta Business API setup)
Requires a WhatsApp Business API sender and an approved message template from Meta Business Manager — that setup happens on Meta's side, not here. Once you have those, fill in the fields below. Until then this stays off and nothing is sent.
Business event templates
Each event below sends its own approved template. Leave a name blank and that
event sends no WhatsApp at all. Upload whatsapp_templates.php and open it
while logged in here to see the exact names and languages Meta has for this account.
Notify Customers
Send an in-app + push notification, or post a picture announcement (new product, launch, poster).
